The value of Investor
Shares in the Fund may go down as well as up and investors may not get back the amount they originally invested. Accordingly, an investment in the Fund should only be made by persons who are able to bear the risks of an investment in the Fund, including the risk of losing the entire investment made by such persons in the Fund.

In addition the Investor Shares of the Fund are suitable for purchase only by sophisticated investors who have a limited need for liquidity, for which an investment in the Fund would not constitute a complete investment program and should maintain investment holdings with risk characteristics different than the Fund’s.
